Remi Elie impresses in NHL debut, Kari Lehtonen makes a season-high 41 saves in 2-1 win

Remi Elie made his NHL debut in the Dallas Stars 2-1 win against the Florida Panthers and impressed playing on a line with Cody Eakin and Brett Ritchie.

Elie had 22 shifts for 15:29 of ice time. He had two shots, one hit, one takeaway, and even won a face-off.

Lehtonen dazzles

Kari Lehtonen made a season-high 41 saves in the win.

Lehtonen, who had already made 40 saves in a game twice this season, was tested early and made 16 saves in the first period.

He made his biggest save in the third period when he made a left toe save on Marchessault with 10:08 remaining. It was the third save in a series of save Lehtonen made with the Panthers crashing the net.
