Ben Bishop had a rough night in Tampa Bay on Thursday as the Dallas Stars lost 6-1 to the NHL’s best team.
While he lost, it was a homecoming of sorts for the big goalie.
Bishop played for the Lightning from 2012 to 2017 and holds most of the franchise goaltending records. During the first period the Lightning played this clip on the arena video board.
As played for the return of @benbishop30 that got the @amaliearena crowd to their feet…
Thank you, Bish. For everything. For always. ???? pic.twitter.com/rvg1XMbe2s
